What to Expect

Initial Phone Consultation

Before your first appointment, we suggest scheduling a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. During this call, The Dyniece Ryssemus Team will briefly discuss what you are looking for, your current situation, and any other questions or concerns you may have.

We are happy to help make an initial ascertainment on what your budget can achieve so you can utilize it as much as possible.  If you are obtaining financing, we will also discuss all possible options so you will be prepared and feel confident about your lenders even before meeting with us. Meeting

We understand that purchasing a home signifies a major life event and a personal endeavor, so we designed our first virtual meeting to be as thorough and informative as possible. We will answer all of your inquiries and determine if we are the right fit for you. Our first meeting time can range from 90 minutes to up to two hours. Please note that due to the current pandemic situation, and for your safety, we will conduct all meetings and consultations via Zoom Video Call Application.

During the meeting, the following topics will be discussed:

  • What is most important to you

  • Neighborhoods/areas of interest

  • The home buying process

  • Strategies for successful negotiation

  • Current market conditions and what your budget will buy

  • How to relieve any inevitable bumps that may pop up

  • How we work, and how a real estate professional is usually compensated
